Realty54 Commercial Real Estate was established in the spring of 2026 by Owner and Designated Managing Broker, Larry Kuchefski. With over 20 years of experience at a national commercial real estate firm and an additional 30 years in the mechanical contracting industry specializing in industrial mechanical systems repair and design, Mr. Kuchefski brings a diverse and valuable skill set to the field. Earning a CCIM designation in 2013 further enhances his expertise, positioning him as a prominent authority in industrial and retail acquisitions and developments within the region.

Larry and his wife, Janie, are long-standing members of the Danville Illinois community with deep local connections. Now that their children are adults, they appreciate spending time on their deck and engaging in visits with their children, grandchildren, and friends.
